Previously I spoke about the ability to remain calm and stoic during adverse times but I have to reiterate another point. Enjoy your time! Not to alarm you but you only have one official 'game time' which we call LIFE.

As with anything there is a time and a place but understand that what you do day to day feeds into how you live, what you have, your surroundings so don't look at it as a prison sentence (unless you are in prison). Look at it as a contributor to the life you lead.

This summer I went to my uncles gravesite. We had a long talk filled with tears and laughter. Obviously I was the only one standing but he was with me. He told me to live every moment like it was my last and that the moment doesn't have to feel anxious. Thinking it could be your last moment could make some people anxious but really if you truly think about it what would you want to do more than anything if you only had a moment? Tell someone that you love them? Laugh? Cry? Jump for joy? Not sure about that one but more than likely you want to surround yourself with the people you care about the most and have the most joyful experiences you could have with them without any judgemental thoughts or focusing on issues that are out of your control. That is what most would do.

Eat, drink, be merry!
