How do you shape a culture at work? Seems to be a common ask for companies but is there a method?

Here are some points that can help you out when looking into changing from a vision to a….culture.
You need some people with some interesting titles;
Architect – not mr.brady….I’m dating myself but someone who can collaborate on ‘how to experiments’, unleash the individuals of the company.
Bridger – no not the old card game – do you have anyone who can connect your company with another company that has a similar direction to help move you to a higher ground? Yes you might feel like enemies but are you? (will get into this further on why it’s important).
Catalyst – who can lift the entire ecosystem. Someone needs to be that ‘charge’ to get the culture going.
Culture is an overused word in the 'business' world today but it can be accomplished with some people playing the right role.
