As you cringe thinking about reading that sign while you drive think about something else. Life. This is an absolute guarantee in life (and business). There is always going to be something ahead of you that is 'under construction' because you haven't made it there yet.

That road is not paved yet for you because guess what? You have to do the work to make it smooth. You are the driver, the construction worker and steam roller driver. All of this is not easy to juggle but that is that crazy thing we call life.
You're the driver because you're in charge of this vessel so keep your hands on the wheel. You're the construction worker because you're in charge of what type of road you put ahead of you.
You're the steam roller operator because you're also in charge of how much effort you want to put into that road ahead of you.

How do you make your path and how do you want to travel on it? If you decide to take extreme chances you are definitely going to be in for some bumps in the road so make sure you steady yourself for that ride. By steadying I mean....continue to gather knowledge and grow.
If you decide to play it safe? Guess what? There's going to be bumps in that road as well. You know why? The world outside of your sphere continues to evolve and if you're not able to grow with it and pretend that it will remain 'still' for you....the bumps become giant craters and you'll lose more than your axel.

All aspects of your life 'is a work in progress' so don't start cursing and honking the horn when you see a sign that says 'construction ahead be prepared to stop'. You should always be prepared for a few bumps.
